Third MilestoneKopano Investment Company Board won the right to acquire iChoices Call Centre from BankserveAfrica in its first year of appointment in 2017. Thereafter the Board registered iChoices Financial Services (Pty) Ltd and iChoices Training and Development (Pty) Ltd to further the agenda of Youth job creation and training for iChoices Call Centre Agents and the Call Centre Industry in General. IChoices Call Centre has won numerous Call Centre industry awards.

Fifth MilestoneFrom 2017 the first CEO to be appointed at a properly convened AGM was appointed in December 2019.
