From 1 September 2017, Kopano Ke Matla Investment Company (PTY) LTD acquired a 100% shareholding in iChoices.

iChoices began operating in 2006 and has grown organically to manage over 200 seats, with expertise in the outsourcing and management of inbound, outbound and blended contact centre environments. iChoices is a specialists in the outsourcing of customer service, client retention, sales and contact centre facilities.

The acquisition by Kopano Ke Matla has enabled us to expand our service offering to include back office, data capture and a range of associated services that enable our clients’ success.

Mining

Kopano Ke Matla has invested in serveral media publications

With the emergence of the 4th industrial revolution, Kopano Ke Matla aims to contribute to publications transforming to the digital space.

Our interests in media publications is driven by our quest to ensure prudent publication is upheld.

Transport

Kopano Ke Matla also invested in Spoornet

This is a public company with the South African government as its sole shareholder.

We intend to participate in public investments as means to execlerate public infrastrature development.

Other Investments

We are invested in several listed companies that prioritise infrastructure development.

Among these companies are AYO Technology Solutions Ltd (AYO), which was successfully listed on the main board of the JSE on 21 December 2017 as a leading B-BBEE information and communication technology (ICT) company in South Africa, with strong management expertise and a sound track record. The AEEI Group now holds 49.36% equity in comparison to 80.03% prior to AYO being listed.
